We provide free, confidential practical and emotional support, information and access to temporary refuge accommodation for women and children who live in Aberdeen City or Aberdeenshire. Our support is provided mainly by appointment and can be arranged in the first instance by telephone call or email.

We are here to listen, believe and support you with no judgement to make the right decisions for you and your children. We are here for you!
